Advanced Editor Tools (previously TinyMCE Advanced) adds a “Classic Paragraph” block to the block editor (Gutenberg).
If you aren’t quite ready to switch to the block editor or have plugins that can’t be used there, the Classic Paragraph block is your best option (yet). While still allowing you to use the well-known TinyMCE editor for the majority of tasks, it gives you full access to all blocks and new features in the block editor.

Version 5.5 has improved and enhanced the new features that were added to the plugin in version 5.0. The “Clear Formatting” button is improved, the table settings are more complex, and settings can be imported and exported to files.

WordPress versions 5.0 and later have a switchable new editor.
